Shipping your bike to or from Russia

You often ask me what is the way to ship your bike from Russia to your country after our tour.

There are 3 opportunities to ship your vehicle from Vladivostok (Russia):
1) First option is cargo train shipping. It will take around 12 days and cost around 450 euros. Another possible option is a speed delivery by speed cargo train to Moscow, it will take around 8 days and cost more or less 750 euros.
2) Secondly, we can send your bike from Russia by ferry to Europe (Rotterdam, Hamburg...), Japan, South Korea, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, etc. The delivery time is from 1 month and costs around 1500 euros depending on the distance to your country.
3) Third option is sending a motorcycle by ferry to Seoul (South Korea) and after that ship it by plane to your home. It will take around 10 days to arrive to Europe. The precise time of delivery will vary from the country of destination.
Due to the fact that there is a law in Russia that you can't ship anything on a train or truck without your personal presence, it can be done by a ship or a plane. Thus, if you choose "Vladivostok - Moscow" motorcycle tour, you can ship your motorcycle by ferry to Russia (Vladivostok). You have to personally be in the port of the city when getting your motorcycle.
Then we head to Moscow, after what you can choose to ride with me to Riga, Liepaja or Klaipeda in order to meet a ferry to Germany with your motorcycle and ship it on the ferry. I have discussed this new opportunity in one of my articles.

As for the motorcycle tour Moscow - Lake Baikal, after the tour we can send your motorcycle from Lake Baikal (Irkustk) in the following ways:
1) Send the motorcycle by train or truck to Moscow. It will take approximately 9-10 days and will cost about 400 euros. You can also take the train to Moscow and experience the Russian train atmosphere. Or you can fly to Moscow and have a free week to explore it. Thus, for the Moscow-Vladivostok motorcycle tour (Trans-Siberian Marathon) and for Moscow - Lake Baikal tour it is possible to use your own motorcycle.
